Donna F. Shaffer
CPC, Senior Manager, Denial Department

Donna F. Shaffer joined ABS in September 1988. Through various promotions, she now serves as senior manager in the denial department, responsible for processing all denials received from the insurance carriers. Shaffer has a certificate in medical assisting from the Bryman School, and has also been a certified professional coder since 2000, earning her certificate from the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC).
