Cristi A. McGraw
CPC, Adjustment/Refund Supervisor

Cristi McGraw joined ABS in February 2005 and has been promoted several times. Currently, as supervisor of the Payment, Adjustment and Refund Department, she handles adjustments, credit balances, refunds, manual and ERA/EFT payment posting.

Cristi spent her first two years of employment at ABS serving as a denial poster, before being promoted adjustor in 2007. As an adjustor, Cristi performed many duties including: keying adjustments, clearing credit balances on accounts, issuing refunds and posting electronic payments. She became a Certified Professional Coder in 2008.
